[Clas12_software] New ced release

There is a new *ced* build, ced-2016-01-02.

The instructions for downloading and running *ced* are at the end of this
email.

*WHAT'S NEW*

What's new are occupancy histograms for DC, BST, FTOF, PCAL, EC. Each of
these detectors as a complete set of histograms that are filled via
"accumulation." Each histogram can be individually zoomed, printed, fit,
etc. Shown below is an example for FTOF (for a very small data set, only 99
events).
