[Clas12_software] new ced 0.95.05

[David Heddle]

Not much new here, except that saving and reading histogram and scatter
plot definitions, including cuts, is implemented.

Another small point-- the builds on the download site will now be
designated by build rather than date. Right now only the latest is
available:
