[Clas12_software] ced 0.95.06

The latest ced build 0.95.06 is available and  implements two requests
brought up at the last software meeting. 1) The cuts are displayed on the
plot and 2) in addition to a 1D histogram and a scatter plot, you can also
define a 2D "plot anything" colorized histogram.

1) The three cuts defined for the (meaningless) histogram below are
displayed on the plot in a text box. Note that the text box, like the
legend, and like the color scale on 2D histograms (see below) can all be
dragged around.

2) The Define menu has a new new entry, "Define 2D Colorized Histogram".
Creating it is similar to creating a scatter plot, except in addition to
selecting an x and y variable you also give binning information for each.
The plot below is not from evio data but is an example that shows what the
2D histograms look like.
