1) It now uses the same torus map as GEMC. It was regenerated from the GEM
ascii file. The old map through away every other point in all three
directions and was ~12MB. The new map keeps every point and so is 8 times
bigger (~96MB. Memory is cheap.).

2) The reconstructed docas and segments can be displayed in the DCs

There is a new button on the views for the "next event". This is for the
case on the mac when, for reasons I can't fathom, it stops accepting
cntrl-n for the *next event*.
