[Clas12_software] Clara update

Hi Evgeny,

Clara comes with the a reference Hipo file, that will be reconstructed if you choose default data processing parameters.
This will indicate if in general reconstruction performs without obvious problems (of course no data quality checks).
In case of problems please send us the exception/s for proper debugging of the problem.
