[Clas12_software] gemc 4a.0.0 - and kpp

Hello Shankar, 

Issue should be fixed, please try again, make sure to issue this command:

source /group/clas12/gemc/environment.csh

Mac: that is correct, linear function for the time being.

Latifa: there is a small remaining issue with the torus (not the field map). This has little to no effect on KPP simulations.
