[Clas12_software] Preparation of the CLAS12 First Experiment

Dear all,

- an overlap BST/BMT
- cad beamline with problems (probably overlaps)
- dc ministagger wrong units

These issues have now been fixed in 4a.2.0.
We will use the original beamline until we figure out the issue with the cad's.
