[Clas12_software] Benchmark test

Dear All,

 As you all know CLARA group owns 3 computing nodes (clara1601, clara1602 and clara1603) that are dedicated to the CLARA development and data processing bench mark tests. However, we will release some of these nodes for public (CLAS collaboration only ) use in case they are idled and are not involved in active development and/or scaling tests. Unfortunately at this time we can not complete CLAS12 data processing optimization and scaling test due to the fact that these nodes are being used by CLAS collaborators. We are asking to stop your data processing jobs to allow CLARA tests to be completed.
