New ced, version 0.99.995

   1) After being assured that *ced* would only have to read hipo files,
and never evio files, and all the support for reading evio files was
removed, this version, um, restores the capability to (you guessed it) read
from evio files. (I have been assured that *ced* will never, never ever,
have to read from bos. Therefore I am actively investigating how this could
be done.)

*2) As per user request*, you can now clone a view (up to two clones of a
given type.) To clone a view use the red clone button (the "dolly" button)
on the toolbar:
