- fixed a bug that affect output file size
- fixed bug that affected multiple cad imports
- added micromegas geometry and hit processes (but still in the gcard there is only bst for now)
- RF output correct frequency in the clas12 gcard
- updated FT geometry and hit process
- updated ftof geometry

It is installed in the CentOS7 (ifarm1401 and ifarm1402) and CentOS6 (jlabl4) machines at JLAB.

When running with LTCC, you will see at start a few warnings like these. 
These are due to the detailed faucets of the LTCC box, but they should not affect the simulation.
