[Clas12_software] GROOVY install path

Dear all

I would like to remove
/volatile/clas12/groovy-2.4.10/

and propose that we use instead
/apps/groovy/PRO/

which is maintained by SciComp. Note that the PRO version is 2.4.9 but we
can get the CC to upgrade that if necessary

Please let me know if you see any issue with this proposal.
