[Clas12_software] ccdb table overwrite affecting files cooked over the weekend

All, 

  if you run your simulations before 2017-09-16 04:37:32 and run the reconstruction between
2017-09-16 04:37:32 and 2017-09-19 17:03:00, your cooking will be affected by an accidental overwrite of the DC time to distance constants with calibration constants that happened during that time frame.  This means that you may have simulated with one set of constants and reconstructed with another. The database has been fixed to return the appropriate values for simulations run 11.  If you ran the reconstruction and/or GEMC during this time frame, you should resimulate and recook to make sure that the data sets are consistent.
