[Clas12_software] Reading hipo files in C++

Hi Nick

You are welcome to try the code at /work/clas12/mesonex , hopefully it 
is not out of date.

Instructions in the file /work/clas12/mesonex/HIPOROOT.pdf

  There is an option to convert banks to a root file, or to just read a 
hipo file within a ROOT programme. It is based on Gagik's libcpp library.
