[Clas12_software] new clara release and farm running tips

Dear All,
recently collaborators have experienced problems with running 
reconstruction for their simulations on the farm. This was related to 
the virtual memory usage exceeding the requested memory allocation on 
the new farm nodes (farm18 nodes).

To allow us running clara successfully without requesting very large 
memory allocation, Vardan has worked with Scientific Computing to add 
the option of selecting the farm node type when submitting clara jobs.

A new clara release with this new functionality is now available and the 
documentation at 
https://claraweb.jlab.org/clara//docs/clas/data-processing.html#jlab-farm-running-tips 
has been updated.
