[Clas12_software] CLAS12 software meetings resuming next week

Dear all,

  The CLAS12 software meetings will resume next week.  
In the next 4 weeks these will be focused meetings addressing the most pressing issues:
1) book-keeping:
1.a) release tags used in cooking
1.b) location of files associated with a particular cooking batch

2) releases
2.a) validation of current release - what tests we need to make to understand the difference in resolutions from one release to the next
2.b) plans for the next release
2.b.1) content 
2.b.2) timescale

3) ccdb tables variations
3.a) readiness of the API
3.b) implementation in reco services

4) forward tracking
4.a) service chain and code modification to use the event start time
4.b) tracking features and fixes evidenced by the data

5) central tracking
5.a) validation of new algorithm
5.b) features and bugs finding

I will send out the agenda early next week.
