[Clas12_software] ROOT-based analysis tool for hipo files

Dear all,
Sam Markelon, a UConn student currently doing an intership with us at IPN 
Orsay, has developed a tool to do ROOT-based data analysis directly using 
hipo files in input. 
The code, with benefited from Nick Tyler's work for the hipo conversion 
part, can be found, along with the documentation, at:

Everyone is welcome to test it and use it. It should be easily 
adaptable to all kinds of CLAS12 analyses, and it can be easily fixed 
in case of change of format of the input files.

Please let us know if you encounter any problem or detect bugs.
