[Clas12_software] dc region 2 corrected position

Hi All,
as discussed at the software meeting yesterday, a study was performed to 
compare tracking results based on the DC region2 positions we have in 
CCDB default variation (based on the original drawings) and corrected 
position presently available in a variation that were based on the 
estimated position after installation. Since the effect of the change is 
significant and seems to be shifting both the elastic peak at 6 GeV and 
the z vertex toward the expected values, it was decided to update the 
CCDB default variation with the corrected numbers. These constants will 
be loaded only for the run range corresponding to real data, leaving the 
MC runs unchanged for compatibility with the gemc geometry.
Unless there are objections, geometry in CCDB will be updated tomorrow.
