[Clas12_software] HELP Run::trigger

I created displays for triggerbits in ced and tested it on hippo files.
Works very well.

But... when I run online, there are no Run::trigger banks in the hipo data!

Sergei is going to kill me.

Does anyone understand why we have these banks in hipo files, but not in
hipo events in the ET ring? Aren't they decoded the same way?
