Can we $@!!%@%! resolve this?

It can't be updated *and* not updated. That violates the Law of
Noncontradiction <https://urldefense.proofpoint.com/v2/url?u=https-3A__en.wikipedia.org_wiki_Law-5Fof-5Fnoncontradiction&d=DwIBaQ&c=lz9TcOasaINaaC3U7FbMev2lsutwpI4--09aP8Lu18s&r=A4qUo64b_hRpGI7VOiHt9bDCFge5kzgI1FlpfXKF2oU&m=7rxN8P2DY0WypB-j5Bn5M31Tr3vP9NINS_jiPKaFdp0&s=LIXt90VJOdeXU1SzqMOYOh3bDjYUeHBjon4csJktlGY&e= >.

I have been waiting for about two years for the fulfillment of a promise
that everything I needed from Gagik's original package (e.g., hexagonal DC
cell 3D tubes, full 3D transformations and intersections) would be
available in the new (now not so new) package. That never materialized,
which precluded me from switching to the new package. This is crazy.
