[Clas12_software] docker and singularity image

Dear all,

The docker image containing GEMC CLAS12TAG 4.3.1, COATJAVA 6.3.1, CED 1.4.04 and various generators is ready to use.
The corresponding singularity image is also created and available on CVMFS at the usual path:

/cvmfs/singularity.opensciencegrid.org/jeffersonlab/clas12simulations:production<http://singularity.opensciencegrid.org/jeffersonlab/clas12simulations:production>

Make sure you issue a docker pull jeffersonlab/clas12simulations:iprod to make sure you get the latest version.
