[Clas12_software] New OSG portal

Dear all,

The CLAS12 Simulations OSG Portal <https://gemc.jlab.org/web_interface/index.php> has been updated:

If you visited it recently please empty your browser cache to ensure its functionality.

1. The experiment choices has been updated to include the following configurations:

  *     rga_fall2018
  *     rga_spring2018
  *     rgb_spring2019
  *     rgk_fall2018_FTOn
  *     rga_fall2018
  *     rga_spring2019
  *     rgk_fall2018_FTOff

2. A new dropdown menu allows the selection of the torus / solenoid pairing.

3. A new dropdown menu enables the selection of the background merging option.
If a background merging configuration is selected, a random file is picked  among the available pool (files of 10k events each),
copied to the OSG node through xrootd and merged to the simulated events before running reconstruction.

4. The CLAS12 events generators list has been expanded to include the ones collected on the clas12-mcgen page<https://github.com/JeffersonLab/clas12-mcgen>:

  *   clasdis
  *   claspyth
  *   dvcsgen
  *   genKYandOnePion
  *   inclusive-dis-rad
  *   JPsiGen
  *   TCSGen

The new container, now tagged “production” and “4.4.0”,  has:

  *   gemc 4.4.0,<https://github.com/gemc/clas12Tags> based on geant4 9.6.02.
  *   magnetic field maps and coatjava software loaded through CVMFS.
  *    coatjava<https://github.com/JeffersonLab/clas12-offline-software> version i6.5.6.1 for RG-A/K, otherwise 6.5.9.

The container is also available for interactive use. Updated instructions can be fond on the docker distribution page<https://clasweb.jlab.org/clas12/clas12SoftwarePage/html/index.html>.
The old container, tagged 4.3.2, is archived and still available to use on the Archived Containers Usage Instructions<https://clasweb.jlab.org/clas12/clas12SoftwarePage/html/advanced.html>.

Documentation on gemc, docker, the OSG can be also found on the CLAS12 Software Center Simulation Tab<https://clasweb.jlab.org/wiki/index.php/CLAS12_Software_Center#tab=Simulation>.

Other changes:

- bug fix that did not delete the generated events file when requested by users
- new osg stats page
- new “About” page
- reorganization of monitoring infos
