ced release 1.4.2
Since nobody cares about the Oscars anymore (and why should they?) we are
filling the void with a new ced release, version 1.4.2
Among other changes, this release contains an RTPC View. It is one of the
scurrilous "fake views" since it is not geometrically faithful.
