[Clas12_software] [EXTERNAL] ced 1.4.54

Dear Colleagues,

This version ced.1.4.54
<https://userweb.jlab.org/~heddle/ced/builds/ced.1.4.54.tar.gz> adds
support for "true" event numbers from the RUN::config bank. It makes a
distinction between "sequential" event number, which is the ordinal number
in the file 1..N, and the true event number. On the main menu, the goto
item has expanded into two items:

The mouse-over feedback in the views shows both event numbers:

The control panel in the EventView also handles both event numbers:

Finally, there is an additional launch script, cedNO3D.sh. Use this if you
are getting cryptic errors that mention jogamp and ced doesn't start, very
likely if you are using java11 on linux. The problem is the 3D java library
jogl. It is reaching the end of its shelf live and as far as I can tell is
not being updated.

I am going to have to find a replacement for the 3D views. That sucks.
