Dear Colleagues,
The latest ced release is 1.4.56. You can get it here
<https://userweb.jlab.org/~heddle/ced/builds/ced.1.4.56.tar.gz>, for free.
In addition to the usual bugs fixed and bugs introduced, this has two main
upgrades:
1) It uses new 3D libraries that seem to fix the 3D crash-and-burn on
latest oddly-named Mac 0SX releases. These same new libraries might also
allow 3D on linux, but at the moment I have no access to a linux box to
test. If someone can test it on linux, let me know if the 3D views work.
2) It displays data from REC::Calorimeter on the sector views, the allEcal
and allPcal views, and on the forward 3D view.
*If you would like ced to display data from the REC bank for your detector*,
let me know what you want displayed and how you want it displayed.

Cheers,
David
