Since it has been some time (hours!) since the last ced bug-fix release, we
are pleased to announce:

This release fixes a minor bug on the "mouse-over" on a trajectory. More
importantly, it uses a new algorithm to find an event by true event number
which is less of a memory pig than the previous algorithm. If you don't
think you'll be searching hipo files for events by true event number, there
is no compelling reason to upgrade.
