[Clas12_software] OSG container fix

Dear all,

The production container had a bug that prevented the jobs from running properly.  This is now fixed, please resubmit your jobs since the last few days.

Notice, the jobs monitoring mechanism is still not working properly, due to updates to the scheduler on the submit node. 
We are also working on python bindings to the scheduler so in the future we’ll be less sensitive to software updates like this.
