[Clas12_software] [EXTERNAL] Background files for RG-B available for use in simulations with background merging

Dear All,
As mentioned at last week software meeting, background files for RG-B have been produced and are available for use in simulations with background merging on the OSG. The available configurations include the two beam energies, 10.6 and 10.2 GeV, and two beam currents, 35 and 50 nA, used in RG-B Spring2019.
