[Clas12_software] New tag for JPsiGen and TCSGen

Dear all,

Just to let you know, that a new (actually first :-) ) tags of JPsiGen 
and TCSGen is released.
TCSGen v.00.01 https://github.com/JeffersonLab/TCSGen/releases/tag/v.00.01
JPsiGen  v.00.01 
https://github.com/JeffersonLab/JPsiGen/releases/tag/v.00.01

In both generators the real photon flux is added. Before the flux was 
only the quasi-real photon flux.
