[Clas12_software] OSG Generators update

The clas12-mcgen<https://github.com/JeffersonLab/clas12-mcgen> version on the OSG Clas12 Simulation Portal<https://gemc.jlab.org/web_interface/index.php> has been updated to v2.2.

Changes:

clas12-elSpectro updated to version 0.8:
- Add DeltaEtaPi- script.
- Generate events by supplying the MesonEx_DeltaEtaPiMinus_Flat_s_give_t_MEtaPi.C script as an option
