[Clas12_software] Generators version update on OSG

The clas12-mcgen tag on the OSG has been switched to v1.6.

This includes updates on various generators and the addition of Derek’s clas12-elSpectro generator, now available in the drop down menu on the CLAS12 OSG portal<https://gemc.jlab.org/web_interface/index.php>.
