[Clas12_software] November 22 changes for /work/clas12 and clas12/pro

Hello Everyone,

Two switches are scheduled for Monday morning at 9AM, JLab time, November 22:

1. /work/clas12 to a new fileserver
2. clas12/pro environment to the latest software

The /work/clas12 switch means a few minutes of downtime on that fileserver.  First it will go read-only, then a final rsync, and then back to normal.  Should be minutes.

The other environment switch should be instantaneous:

clas12/pro:  2.4.1 -> 3.2

which involves:

coatjava 6.5.13 -> 7.0.1
clas12root 1.6 -> 1.7.6
jdk 1.8.0_31 -> 11.0.2
ced 1.4.70 -> 1.4.72
gemc 4.4.1 -> 4.4.2

Please give feedback if you see problems.  The old clas12/2.4.1 will still be available, and the new clas12/3.2 is already available now.
