[Clas12_software] OSG generators update

Dear all:

The clas12-mcgen<https://github.com/JeffersonLab/clas12-mcgen> version on the OSG Clas12 Simulation Portal<https://gemc.jlab.org/web_interface/index.php> has been updated to v2.15.

This update adds the new generator: deep-pipi-gen by Dilini.
