[Clas12_software] OSG generators update

Dear all:

The clas12-mcgen<https://github.com/JeffersonLab/clas12-mcgen> version on the OSG Clas12 Simulation Portal<https://gemc.jlab.org/web_interface/index.php> has been updated to v2.10.

Changes:

Added new event generator:

## MCEGENpiN_radcorr: Exclusive single pion electroproduction based on MAID, by Maksim Davydov


Updates:

## clas12-elSpectro:

- Allow options like --MXi==1.56 to give fixed mass states


## genKYandOnePion:

- extended Q2 coverage up to 30GeV2
- performance improved
- L and S decay (testing)


## TCSGen:

- fix bug (1./2*PI)
- add s and eta in output tree for easy plotting
- add acceptance root file and clas12 case study
- n the tr1->Branch, address of s and eta mistakenly was set the address of t
