[Clas12_software] OSG generators update

The clas12-mcgen<https://github.com/JeffersonLab/clas12-mcgen> tag on the OSG Clas12 Simulation Portal<https://gemc.jlab.org/web_interface/index.php> has been updated to v2.22.


Updates:


- TCSGen and JPsiGen, update allows to specify vertex z range for generated particles.
