[Clas12_software] [EXTERNAL] Software group representatives in the CSC

Dear All,

As reminded at last week's software meeting after the initial discussion a few months ago, we are asked to select two representatives of our group who will be serving on the CLAS Speaker Committee. The selected representatives would be serving on the committee for a term of two years, with the possibility of being renewed for a maximum of three consecutive terms.

Currently, we have two volunteers who gave their availability. However, since you may have missed the meeting last week, I’m writing this email to solicit others who could be interested in this opportunity to contact me before August 2nd.

If we will have more than two candidates, we will run elections.
