[Clas12_software] default clas12 environment at jlab

Hello All,

The default clas12 environment module at JLab has been updated, 4.4→4.5.  The changes are:

ced 1.5.09→1.6.1
coatjava 10.0.4→10.1.0
gemc 5.4→5.7
mcgen 2.33→3.01

Note, for reproducability, you can always specify a fixed version rather than use the default.
