[Clas12_software] OSG generators update: 2.42

Dear all:

The clas12-mcgen default tag choice on the OSG Clas12 Simulation Portal is now 2.42.

Updates:


- dvcsgen: increase the gpd_ID>100 limit to 1.79
- dvcsgen updated to v1.8
- various improvements to bring gibe and genie closer to be used on OSG
- update onepigen to v1.2, now preserves event weights in LUND
