[Clas12_software] CCDB overload

Hello All,

The clasdb-farm servers are currently slow due to overloading from simulation jobs on the batch farm.

Please remember, when running large scale simulations, many hundreds of jobs in parallel, you should be using an sqlite database for CCDB.  There's related info on the software wiki:
