[Clas12_software] OSG portal upgrade

Dear all,

The OSG Portal <https://gemc.jlab.org/web_interface/index.php> will be upgrade tomorrow during JLab’s maintenance day.

The upgrade features:

- the addition of the latest releases of gemc 5.9 and 5.10<https://github.com/gemc/clas12Tags/releases>
- mcgen version 3.02 (that includes GIBUU)
- new software installations on CVMFS
- an alma container, that uses the same OS and CLAS12 installations as the CUE machines
