[Clas12_software] OSG update

Dear all,

Although we still have a few lingering issues, over the past ~10 days we have enjoyed a significant amount of opportunistic resources.
For the first time in months, the queue is quite empty—this is a good opportunity to submit jobs.

Also, the portal’s About<https://gemc.jlab.org/web_interface/about.html> tab has been updated with a brief how-to on checking job status.
