[Clas12_software] GEMC 5.11 Now Default + Workflow Update

Dear all,

As a reminder, gemc 5.11 is the default version when loading the clas12 module. As of today, it is also available as a version of choice on the OSG portal<https://gemc.jlab.org/web_interface/index.php>, along with Coatjava 11.1.0.

Also starting today, the clas12Tags repository<https://github.com/gemc/clas12Tags> will serve as the sole source for both geometry (previously gemc/detectors) and code (previously gemc/source).
All pull requests should now be directed to this repository.

The current development of clas12Tags includes the ongoing work to use real run numbers in the simulations, using a new CAD and Mirrors interface documented here<https://misportal.jlab.org/mis/physics/clas12/viewFile.cfm/2024-010.pdf?documentId=177>.
The corresponding changes in the steering files are kept up to date in the dev branch of clas12-config<https://github.com/JeffersonLab/clas12-config>.

PS: a convenience script has been added to clas12Tags to generate geometry for one or all detectors:

Usage: create_geometry.sh [detector]
Creates the geometry for the given detector
If no detector is given, the geometry for all detectors will be created.

All detectors: alert band beamline bst bstShield cnd ctof dc ddvcs ec fluxDets
               ft ftof ftofShield htcc ltcc magnets micromegas pcal rich rtpc
               targets uRwell upstream
