[Clas12_software] OSG Job Throughput

Dear all,

We have reached the 100K limit for running and pending jobs on the OSG.
There is no action required on your part—you can still submit jobs, but they will be marked as “Not submitted” until the queue drops below the limit.

This situation is partly due to ongoing issues with dedicated resources (which have been reported to the relevant admins and OSG). Additionally, we are not enjoying our usual number of opportunistic resources.
