It's on my Google drive. Ignore the Google warning that it could not be
previewed and just hit *Download* with supreme confidence that it is not
malware. *(You must be running java17 or later.)*

Please send me an email if anything goes wrong.

There are some general enhancements, but the primary changes are a
functional 2D and  3D views for ALERT.

Those interested in the ALERT functionality should read the attached mini
manual which also describes the issues that must be resolved before we can
remove the "beta" designation.
