The clas12-mcgen<https://github.com/JeffersonLab/clas12-mcgen> default tag choice on the OSG Clas12 Simulation Portal<https://gemc.jlab.org/web_interface/index.php> is now 3.14.


Updates:



  *   new jpsigen version
  *   new genepi version: Handling improper input
