[Clas12_software] gemc release 5.11

Dear All,

GEMC version 5.11 for CLAS12 has been released and installed on the CUE machines.
On Monday, February 3, it will be set as the default release when the clas12 module is loaded and it will be added to the OSG portal.

Highlights of the Release

This version uses Coatjava 11.1.0. It contains:

* Geometry fixes  across multiple systems
* AdditionRG-D and RG-E targets.
* Upgrades of the RICH and ALERT geometry and digitization systems.

Notice of Upcoming Changes in the main branch

In the next couple of weeks several key changes related to the release workflow and to real run number simulations will be merged to the main branch.
