[Clas12_software] Generators on the OSG

Dear all,

Over the past few weeks, we’ve seen several large job submissions - sometimes thousands or even tens of thousands of jobs - with command-line options that led to failures.

These failures often triggered automatic retries or just hang on the node, consuming significant computing resources without accomplishing any work and blocking other jobs in the queue.

This issue was particularly problematic last week when opportunistic usage was low.
