[Clas12_software] OSG Generators Update and Max Nevents

Dear all:

The clas12-mcgen default tag choice on the OSG Clas12 Simulation Portal<https://gemc.jlab.org/web_interface/index.php> is now 3.15.

Updates:

- clas12-elspectro to version 0.12

Notice you may have to reset your browser cache to see it.

As discussed in yesterday's collaboration meeting, the maximum number of events per job has been reduced to 5,000 to ensure that our CLA12 jobs run within an acceptable duration on the OSG.
