[Clas12_software] update of default DC constants in CCDB

Dear All,

In order to make the latest version of DC reconstruction, which implements a new time-to-distance function, consistent with the current production version of gemc, the default drift parameters stored in the CCDB table /calibration/dc/time_to_distance/time2dist for the run range 0-100 in variation ‘default’ will be updated on Monday, November 3, at 1 pm EST.

This will have no impact on the simulation run on OSG, or on the farm using gcards specifying a “DIGITIZATION_VARIATION” different from default, such as the run-group gcards, available at https://github.com/JeffersonLab/clas12-config.
