[Clas12_software] OSG Submissions

The mysql server has been restored and the OSG portal<https://gemc.jlab.org/web_interface/index.php> can be used again.

The last valid submission in the database was on Tuesday at 6:45 am. Any jobs submitted jobs between that time and now did not get through and you will need to resubmit them.
