Hi Folks,<br><br> As you may know we have received funding from JSA/SURA to hold a workshop in late May on recent offline software developments in nuclear and particle physics and the current status of our own efforts for CLAS12. We have begun preparations for the workshop and an outline of the tentative program is below. We would like to get feedback on our plan so feel free to send comments to the organizers.<br>
